Many moons have I spent studying the skies above with mine keen eye and many more were spent exploring the far reaches of the cosmonium with the Oculus at the Sapphire Spire. My findings allow me to create what I believe to be the most complete map of our cosmonium to date:
Allow me to explain:
Yoruta and its acursed sharer of fate, Hellyrion, are but one circle of many within the endless aether that is Voluta, the empty void, the bearer of nothingness. First there are Yoslon and Creton - our beloved twin-moons, who forever have protected us from the grip of darkness. Their benevolent powers are granted by their mother, Halata, who shines even brighter in the dark.
However her love makes her blind to the terror of Hellyrion, the infinite malevolence of Karnas and his court of foulness and trickery, from which she refuses to free us for reasons unknown. The peasants send her their prayers, so they may dance in her golden halls when they shed their mortal shells, but a wizard like I knows better. I have seen the truth with mine own eyes, for I crossed the Veil of Talatha, which surrounds the farthest reaches of Yoruta. What any fool would call a fairy's tale is real! Not the golden halls lay beyond, nor a road to paradise, only the wast horrors of Hellyrion await, for it shares our circle and therefore our fate. Only the Veil is between us and endless torment, yet we can't escape it, for I saw many souls I once loved working at the Wailing Fields. Almost was I convinced by madness to stay with them forever, but luck was on mine side - and so was my magic.
Thus I can now write these words and bring you the knowledge I gathered - however useless it may be, for we can't escape our fate.
