Felisar is one of several human kingdoms founded through rebellion during the final phase of the Great War. Its capital is the city of Uldengraf.
The capital of Felisar is Uldengraf, located at the mouth of the river Ulde. Felisar's territory stretches north to near the river Vulde, although its grip is weak, for the orcish clans mingle and raid in these lands. It borders the Second Elvish Empire in the south, with Harlkerstett being the biggest town near the border. In the west is the Gulf of Levenn and in the east Felisar's territory ends at Fort Grim, which is manned by the men of Kladevik.
The further north you go within Felisar-territoy, the more battle-hardened the people become, for they have to defend their homes from orcish raids. These same people are also most hateful towards Elves, unlike the people in southern Felisar, who, through trade and barter, are more well-disposed towards their former masters.
The city of Uldengraf fell into the hands of Hrogar I. Strivik who lead a band of former slaves against their former masters, in 2880 EC. In the following years he liberated the neighbouring cities from the elvish menace. As the Great War came to an end, Thurindel Redor, first Empress of the Second Elvish Empire, made peace with him, unable to keep fighting. Harlkerstett was chosen as the border between the two realms.
The early decades of Felisar were peaceful, for everyone was left exhausted after the Great War, but in the 2950s the orcish clans began raiding south into Felisar's territory. Wodemar Strivik went to battle against them, but he was slain. His son Gareslaus II. managed to avenge his father and to drive the Orcs back, however they would never fully stop.
Fladegorn Strivik met an unexpected death as he died while hunting a boar. His son, Hrogar II. took the throne, but was murdered just 15 years later by his son, because he wanted him to marry an orcish clansdaughter to prevent further raids. The son, Beregorn, reigned for only two years. Derek Taronmoor rose up against him, for he was an incompetent and unbeloved king. During his first year he funded a campaign north against the Orcs, which failed horribly. Then he increased taxes, while the Orcs counterattacked and sacked many northern towns, including Derek's hometown of
Mistelstett. So Derek marched south, gathering the many supporters around him into a small army. They were granted entry into Uldengraf by none other than the city's guard, who themselves were planning to overthrow Beregorn. The king was dragged out onto the streets and beheaded and Derek took the throne.
